Rental Information
Reservations:
 
Reservations with Big Smiles Party Rentals, LLC can be made via phone at (954)667-5274 or by email jttweety98@yahoo.com.
 
You are required to leave a $50 deposit to secure your reservation.  Then, a full payment is due prior to set up. We accept cash, visa, mastercard, and discover cards.
Delivery:
 
Delivery Charges may vary acording to distance.
 
You can expect your party rental equipment delivered at least 30 minutes or up to 3 hours from the time your party begins. They way there is ample time to setup.
Set-Up:
 
Setup can take anywhere from 20 minutes to 3 hours based on the equipment booked and the amount. Before we leave, we will inspect all rentals for safety, check functionality, explain how everything works and review our party rental agreement with you.
 
Make a note that bounce houses require at least a minimum space of 15x15 square feet and a height of 17 feet. Slides may require bigger space according the the one you booked. Be sure to know where your electrical outlets are as it should be within 100 feet of where the bouce house is positioned. In the case of no electricity, Big Smiles Party Rentals, LLC can provide you with a generator for a small fee.
Supervision:
Children must be supervised at ALL TIMES by the customer, designated party supervisor or Big Smiles Party Rentals Attendant. We are not responsible for incidents in which occurs during the event if the customer chooses not to hire an Attendant. Please ask about an attendant during reservation. If you choose not to hire an attendant, you should follow written instructions for operating the equipment provided by Big Smiles Party Rentals, LLC.
Cancellations:
In the event that your event must be cancel, Big Smiles Party Rentals, LLC requires that you give a 24 hours notice by phone ONLY with a live Reporesentative who answers. Cancellations made prior to 24 hours are returned 95% of the deposit previously paid and those cancellations made after 24 hours are not eligible for a full deposit refund. Instead the deposit funds can be used towards a future booking with Big Smiles Party Rentals.
Pick-Up:
All equipments will be picked up the same day. If we are unable to pick up the same day, we will phone you to let you know and work out a schedule that can work for both of us for the following day. Tables and Chairs rented should be folding and lined up-ready for pickup.


Damaged/Lost/Stolen:
It is the custumer's responsibiity to take care of all rental equipments and return them in the same condition it was received. If any of the equipments are damaged, lost or stolen during the time of rental, you are required to make a full payment to replace or repair items.
